Tybee Pier
Like the adoring fans of a rock star occasionally chanting her name, a couple of hundred people gathered just south of the Tybee Pier today to watch “Clover” a three year old Loggerhead Turtle be released into the Atlantic Ocean.
Hatched in the wild on Tybee on August 13, 2008, and raised at the University of Georgia’s 4H Center, Clover needed a little coaxing, but finally pushed through the surf, past the pier and out in to the Atlantic. Follow Clovers adventures @ http://www.seaturtle.org/tracking/?tag_id=108899
Urban decay and the Beaux Arts facade of Michigan Central Station
January 8, 2011
The dog park in the great beyond gained another member over the weekend…Emma probably traveled more miles (on a custom built platform in the back of a Ford) and met more people in her 14 years them most humans do. RIP good girl, I know your human will miss you and so will I.
Beastie’s new single
Make Some Noise
This wasn’t really part of the plan, but since this track is out there we wanted to let you hear it here first, or maybe second. Enjoy

Funky spring weather is making for great images.
Here is another from the Tybee Lighthouse
Went out to photograph the sunset yesterday, ended up with a few wildlife shots instead. This wily mink (yes a mink) slid in and grabbed this ray in a split second. Nature rocks!
